Completed a $2 Million renovation of the McCormick Building-a Chicago Landmark in the Historic Michigan Boulevard District. Renovations of this high-rise building included the expansive lobby (featuring large format tile walls, Terrazzo floors, refinishing of brass elevators, etc), restoration of the mail room, adding a Bike Room and creating an expansive amenities center. Build out of a brand new fitness center including locker rooms, an executive office suite and common corridors.
